  1. Do you supply Custom wear?

    Yes we are one of the biggest suppliers of custom sublimation gear to the Martial Arts industry.

    We supply teams all over the world for sports such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, CrossFit, Judo, Karate and many other Martial Arts.

  2. How do I get a design? is it Free?

    First of all please email your details to [email protected] include:

    • NAME
    • CLUB
    • CONTACT NUMBER
    • PRODUCTS YOU WANT
    • DESIGN – COLOURS, LAYOUT & IDEAS
    • ESTIMATE – ORDER SIZE
    Along with this please attached any Logos, Graphics, Design Ideas, Design layouts, rough sketches so we can take a look and come up with a design

    Yes the design is completely FREE and once we have all the details we need we will create a design visual for you to look at. 

    If you don't have a club logo then we can design you a logo which will incur a cost depending on what you would like. This would then be yours to do with as you see fit and we can send you any format you need.

     

     


  3. Can I see a sample before I place an order?

     

     

    Unfortunately due to demand we cannot provide a free sample but we can offer a full custom individual item, then if an order is placed within 30 days from receiving your order we shall deduct the difference over your order to match the trade price given so that in the end you will pay the same lower trade price for the sample.

    This has many advantages as you can first check the quality of the materials, design and print. You can then advertise it to your members and begin to understand how many you will need to order and what sizes are required.

    Alternatively you could just order any product from our shop page which will be made to the exact same high quality standards as all our custom products are made.

  4. What is the turnaround time?

    We aim to deliver your products as fast as possible. Generally our standard turnaround time for bulk orders is 3 - 6 weeks once payment has been confirmed and your artwork has been approved. Turnaround may be extended due to busy periods, events and depending on how busy our schedule is. Please check in advance with our team if a specific time scale is needed.

  5. Shipping Costs

     

    Bulk Orders will vary depending size and quantity but generally cost £12.99 UK Mainland per bulk order

    International bulk orders will depend on location and quantity but we will aim to deliver you the best price possible at the time of delivery.

    Individual or one off custom products cost £3.99 for UK Mainland delivery and International delivery is £9.99

    All shipping prices will be stated during the quotation stage.

     



  6. How do I order an Individual item?

     

    Please email your details to [email protected] include:

    NAME

    CONTACT NUMBER

    PRODUCT YOU WANT

    DESIGN – COLOURS, LAYOUT & IDEAS

    SIZE + (LONG or SHORT SLEEVE etc)

    Along with this please attached any Logos, Graphics, Design Ideas, Design layouts, rough sketches so we can take a look and come up with a design

    we will get back to you with a design and quote.

     


  7. How do I place an order?

    Once you have submitted your logos etc and a design visual has been made then please return an email with a full breakdown of what you would like.

    Example:

    XL - 7

    After this we will send you a full quotation. You can pay via Bank transfer or we can send a PayPal invoice which can be paid with a bank card or existing PayPal account.

Artwork and Logos

  1. What format do you require my artwork/ Logo's in?

    We can work with many formats but we prefer high quality vectors for the best results.

    • Illustrator ai
    • PDF (vector)
    • Eps. (Vector)
    • Photoshop PSD (Logos must be 300dpi for maximum results)

  2. Do you have a template?

    Yes, go to the TEMPLATES tab at the top of the page and download the approprite PDF File. This page also lists details of how to best submit your design.

  3. How do we submit artwork files?

    E-mail [email protected] with your name, contact phone number, size and any other relevant information that will help us to create your perfect custom product

  4. What is a Vector File?

    For information about Vectors and the formats we require then please look at the TEMPLATES page.

  5. Can you print Copyright and Trademark logos?

     It is illegal to use any Copyrighted or Trademarked images! You must have appropriate written consent from the original source before we can print. By purchasing a custom order with Subguards you will be taking full responsibility for the use of the graphical material on your Rashguard. These include: © ® ™

  6. Do you have a size chart?

    Yes you can see a size chart on our TEMPLATES page which is available to download. Generally if you are a Large in a T-shirt then you will be a Large in a Rashguard. Shorts and spats are sized via waist in inches. (Coming Soon)
